High-Speed Turret Inspection and Taping Machine
KST-RT19 is a high-performance automated solution designed for high-speed, high-precision tape-and-reel packaging of electronic components. Utilizing a turret-style rotary indexing mechanism, the system enables continuous loading, inspection, and packing operations with minimal downtime.
Each station on the turret can be flexibly configured to accommodate customer-specific inspection or processing requirements, including 5-sided visual inspection, electrical testing, and automatic rejection of defective components.
