Automatic Tape and Reel Machine with Mylar Placement
The KST-NTY10 is designed for precise Mylar placement and tape & reel packaging of electronic components. Components are loaded manually or via a vibratory feeder, and an industrial camera accurately detects their position. A high-precision robotic arm then picks Mylar sheets from the feeder and places them onto each component, ensuring consistent protection and placement accuracy before the components are automatically taped and reeled.
