Automatic Tape and Reel Machine for Inductors, Ferrite Beads and Filters
The KST-IF01 features a funnel-type automatic feeder. The separation module can be configured for pin or air-flow separation depending on the type of inductor. It includes a polarity-orientation function to ensure components are placed in the correct direction on the carrier tape and supports instruments such as the 4982 and 4287 to measure L, Q, and Z parameters.
For filter-type products, the testing mechanism uses a cam-driven design, providing high accuracy without damaging the components. The system also supports laser or inkjet marking and can perform visual inspection on both the top and bottom surfaces of the products.
