Tray Feeding: The system can accommodate up to approximately 30 stacked trays at a time and automatically pushes empty trays to the collection bin. It supports trays of different specifications, which can be easily adjusted via the touchscreen for quick and convenient operation.
Parallel Vacuum Pick-up Device: Multiple vacuum nozzles are arranged in parallel, capable of picking an entire row of components at once (up to 16 components) and placing them onto the carrier tape.
Rotatable Nozzles (0–360°): After CCD inspection determines the component orientation, the nozzles pick the components and rotate them as required before placing them onto the tape
Adjustable Track Width: The track width can be adjusted from 12 to 72 mm. The clamping-type cavity ensures stable control and easy adjustment
Tape Feeding Mechanism: Compatible with all carrier tapes and packaging reels or paper tapes conforming to the EIA-481A standard.
